Recommendation of committee of the Olapeju Comfort Aina Foundation Educational scholarship requirements/eligibility

For a candidate to be qualified for scholarship by the N.G.O, he/she must meet the following requirements:

  1. The applicant must be an indigene of Etan in Ekiti Local Government of Kwara State.
  2. An applicant is an indigene of Etan when he/she satisfies any of the following:
    a)His/her grandfather/grandmother is an indigene of Etan.
    b)He/she is born to a parent, either of whom is an indigene of Etan.
  3. Must have obtained at least 5 credits in West African School Certificate Examination (W.A.S.C.E.)/General Certificate of Education (G.C.E) at most two sittings, including English and Mathematics which should be uploaded on the N.G.O website
  4. For applicants in secondary school, he/she must have a minimum of five (5) B grades in his/her last 2 most recent examination results.  
  5. Must be an indigent student with proof or recommendation from parents, guardians, or the principal of the school.
  6. Must be a student in any public secondary school in Nigeria or a student in any public tertiary institution in Nigeria, provided he/she is qualified under paragraph 2 above.
  7. Applicants in tertiary institutions must provide evidence of their admission letters and upload the same for verification on the N.G.O. website.
  8. The applicant must be of good behavior with a recommendation from either the village head, legal practitioner, pastor, or imam.
  9. Applicant must maintain a high standard educational grade throughout the sponsorship with a minimum CGPA of 2nd class upper for university applicants and upper credit for polytechnics and colleges of education.
  10. The applicant must not enjoy any scholarship from any organization whatsoever.
  11. Must not be a member of any secret cult. If found to be a member of any secret cult, the sponsorship shall be withdrawn forth with.
